Terms and Conditions
- Please note that a hard copy voucher is required and payment receipt cannot be used to redeem the amount at our Bar and Bistro. You can choose to have the hard copy posted to yourself or your receipient, alternatively you can pick up the voucher at Hotel Rottnest reception.
- Please note all Gift Voucher Purchases when paying via Credit Card attract a surcharge. 1.5% for Visa and Mastercard and 3.0% for AMEX and Diners Club Cards.
-Food and Beverage vouchers amounts are unable to be used over multiple days - the full amount should be used on the same day as we cannot give change or reissue reduced amount vouchers on the day.
- Gift Voucher will not be valid till full payment is received. Once payment is taken, a receipt will be emailed to you from our Accounts team.
- Vouchers are valid for 12 months from payment date. This will be noted on the voucher itself.
- Please be very specific regarding delivery details if you are posting to a loved one or as a gift. Hotel Rottnest will not take any responsibility for lost vouchers due to incorrect address postage. We take every care to ensure that your voucher is posted to the correct address, however we will not be held responsible for the postal service losing your voucher.
- Postage of Gift Vouchers may take up to 14 working days to be received. If you require the voucher sooner, please let us know and we can have a hard copy voucher waiting for you at Hotel Rottnest reception, when you guest arrives.
- If you require postage of your voucher, a postage and handling fee will be applied of $3.95.
- Should the food & beverage value exceed the value of the Gift Voucher, the guest is to settle the additional cost direct with the hotel.
